ROYAL ROKA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural events, strikes, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact number. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
